Registration will open May 15, 2025 at 8:00 AM!

The 2025 Davis Mountains Hummingbird Celebration registration fee is $195 per person. Your Registration includes: the Thursday Welcome Reception, Friday Birders Social, Breakfast to go boxes (F,S,S), Saturday evening Banquet, Admission to the Birders Trade Show & Silent Auction, all afternoon and evening Seminars. Field trips and Official t-shirts are priced separately.

How It All Works

Event Logistics: Registration is fully automated. To complete your registration, you will be required to electronically sign the liability release form. To register more than one person for the festival, you must first complete the registration for yourself and then you will be prompted if you would like to register another person. You must register one person fully and then the next. You do not have to pay for each person until you have registered your entire party. Once you complete online registration you will receive a receipt by email that lists what you signed up for. If you do not receive this registration receipt, check your SPAM folder. Registered participants will receive via email full event instructions, including meeting location(s), and a list of what to bring approximately three weeks in advance of the event. We will use the email address you provided during registration so please make sure you register using your preferred email address.

Cancellation Policy: If the 2025 Davis Mountains Hummingbird Celebration is cancelled for any reason, registrants will receive a full refund. All other refunds are subject to the following policy:

– Up to June 15 – FULL refund (less 5% administrative fee)
– Up to July 15 – 50% refund (less 5% administrative fee)
– After July 15 – NO REFUND

All field trips are rain or shine. Schedule and locations are subject to change due to landowner access, birds, weather and other factors that are out of our control. We will do our best to keep everything as planned however, no refunds will be issued for field-trip changes or for no-shows.
